The law relating to companies in Ireland is governed by various Companies Acts, and EU directives. Compliance is now subjected to greater scrutiny as a result of the establishment of the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement and other developments in Company Law. Particular emphasis is placed on directors’ duties and responsibility’s.

We represent both Irish and some international companies providing a service which includes advice and representation in the area of Company Law, finance, commercial contracts and corporate governance.

Our Company Law department has considerable experience in advising companies, particularly in relation to the formation of companies, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, liquidations, receiverships, financing and refinancing and restructuring

We also advise companies when they face insolvency and offer full professional support during the liquidation process or other insolvency procedure as may be necessary.
